Activision has finally confirmed what many had already guessed. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is the next title in the long-running franchise and is set to be released on November 10 of this year.
Only a year after its last appearance, the elite, multinational special operations unit, Task Force 141, is gearing up for another adrenaline-filled journey. Iconic characters such as Captain Price, Ghost, and Soap are ready to grace our screens again in what promises to be another epic saga.
The announcement came alongside a teaser video that brings back the classic Call of Duty: Modern Warfare vibe. As the familiar MW wavelength visuals danced on the screen, transitioning from the usual green to a striking red, fans were treated to a narration by Captain Price himself.
The video hints at the return of the notorious antagonist from Modern Warfare 2, Vladimir Makarov. You can watch find the teaser below:

Moreover, over the next few months, Activision is set to pull back the curtain further, giving fans glimpses of the campaign, new multiplayer maps, Warzone experiences, and other surprises.
Ensuring no fan is left behind, Call of Duty: MW3 will cater to a broad spectrum of players, with its availability on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
