Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 PC and Xbox Beta Starting Times, Preload Available
It was about time we get to experience this modern shooter.
It’s time for the PC and Xbox Modern Warfare 2 beta. Now that the PlayStation open beta has concluded, it’s time for PC and Xbox users to experience what Modern Warfare 2 offers. This is the second weekend reserved for these platforms, as Infinity Ward will have time to monitor the server performance and tinker before an official release concludes.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 PC and Xbox Starting Times
The open beta on PC and Xbox starts on September 22, and preload is already available. The game is not available at this current time. September 22 will offer access to pre-orders only, while the session queued for September 24-26 will provide open access for every platform. Below you can find the schedule in detail:
- September 22-23: Weekend Two (PC + Xbox early access, PlayStation open beta)
- September 24-26:Â Weekend Two (All platforms open beta)
All beta periods will launch at 6 pm BST / 10 am PST / 1 pm EST. That means approximately two hours from the time of this writing PC and Xbox users will get to jump in.
