The Call of Duty League Championship 2025 is almost here. It will bring together the eight best teams from the season to battle for a $2 million prize pool. The event will take place in Canada for the first time, inviting fans worldwide to cheer on their favorites live in Kitchener, Ontario.
Here’s a clear look at the schedule, the competing teams, and how you can watch the tournament unfold.
Where and When: COD Champs 2025
The championship runs from June 26 to June 29 at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium. It’s a brief but intense event featuring eight teams fighting through a winner’s bracket and elimination rounds.
Below is the initial match lineup for the opening day:
- Miami Heretics vs. Vancouver Surge
- Boston Breach vs. Los Angeles Thieves
- Carolina Royal Ravens vs. Toronto Ultra
- OpTic Texas vs. Atlanta FaZe
The following days will have elimination matches and finals, but those matchups will be decided as the tournament progresses.
Teams Competing at CDL Champs 2025
These eight teams earned their spots through a full season of Call of Duty League play on Black Ops 6. Their standings going into the event are:
- LA Thieves (540 Points)
- Atlanta FaZe (505 Points)
- Toronto Ultra (370 Points)
- Vancouver Surge (330 Points)
- Miami Heretics (295 Points)
- Carolina Royal Ravens (220 Points)
- OpTic Texas (220 Points)
- Boston Breach (200 Points)
Some familiar names, including Minnesota Rokkr, Cloud9 New York, LAG M8, and Vegas Falcons, didn’t make the cut this year.
The LA Thieves seem poised to take the crown in the season so far. Their squad, featuring Scrap, Envoy, Ghosty, and HyDra, has dominated recent Majors and come into the championship with strong momentum.
As usual, Atlanta FaZe is probably the only team that might challenge them seriously. It could be a tight contest.
My quick predictions:
1st. LA Thieves
2nd. Atlanta FaZe
3rd. Miami Heretics
