A landmark moment in cloud gaming has been realized with the arrival of the Call of Duty series on Nvidia’s GeForce Now platform. This move comes as a part of a strategic 10-year partnership between Microsoft and Nvidia, underscoring a significant expansion in the accessibility of popular gaming titles through cloud technology.

Back in February 2023, Microsoft announced an expansive agreement with Nvidia. This 10-year collaboration was set to bring Xbox PC games onto the GeForce Now cloud gaming service, a platform boasting over 25 million members across more than 100 countries. An important facet of this deal was the inclusion of Activision Blizzard games, notably the Call of Duty series, contingent upon the successful acquisition of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft.

The agreement has now borne fruit with the release of Call of Duty titles on the GeForce Now service. This marks a significant step forward, not just for Nvidia and Microsoft, but also for cloud gaming enthusiasts worldwide. The inclusion of these titles fulfills a promise made by Microsoft to expand the reach of these popular games. This move is particularly notable as it brings one of the most iconic series in gaming history, Call of Duty, into the cloud gaming sphere.

This #GFNThursday we're welcoming @CallofDuty #MW3, #MW2, and #Warzone from @Activision to the cloud. 🔥
