Blizzard has scheduled a developer update livestream for March 5 at 11 a.m. PST and used a post to confirm the date and focus of the broadcast. Blizzard’s developer update post names the Warlock class and the next season as the primary topics.
The Warlock will be presented as a demonologist with Vizjerei blood. The developers plan to walk viewers through the class origins and lore, lay out core skills and class mechanics, and explain the overall class fantasy and identity. That coverage should answer lingering questions about how the Warlock will play and where it sits alongside existing classes such as the Necromancer.
The livestream will also dig into the next season. Blizzard confirmed the team will go deeper into Killstreak mechanics, detail Bloodstained items, and explain other seasonal features. A live question and answer segment is scheduled for the end of the broadcast so players can ask the developers directly.
The studio will stream the event on multiple official channels. Viewers can watch on the Diablo Twitch channel, on Diablo’s YouTube channel, or via Diablo’s X account. Replays will be available on Twitch and YouTube after the broadcast.
Players interested in a full showing of the new class and a breakdown of seasonal systems should tune in on March 5 at 11 a.m. PST.
