Blizzard published a new Midnight Season 1 Mythic+ tuning update on February 20, 2026 that touches Skyreach and Pit of Saron. The Skyreach change is a single numerical reduction to Araknath’s Light Ray. Pit of Saron sees several entries altered. The developer adjusted enemy composition ahead of the ice cave, reworked the Dreadpulse Lich’s Torrent of Misery so it can no longer be dispelled while lowering its overall damage when accounting for application resets, reduced Dread Pulse damage, reduced the Rimebone Coldwraith Permeating Cold damage, and fixed an issue where Wrathbone Enforcer’s Sunderstrike could hit unintended targets at unintended ranges.
Patch Notes
The Skyreach change is narrowly focused on Araknath’s Light Ray periodic damage. Pit of Saron receives a broader pass with composition tweaks and multiple ability adjustments that lower damage and correct targeting behavior.
