Blizzard has started sending out missing Delver’s Journey Coffer Keys in World of Warcraft

Players who paid 2,000 Undercoins for the keys but never received them should now get the items after logging out and back in.

Blizzard has begun fixing a delivery issue in World of Warcraft that left some players without the Restored Coffer Keys they bought from the Delver’s Journey for 2,000 Undercoins. The keys are now being sent out to affected players, and Blizzard says logging out and back in should make them appear if they do not show up right away.

The update came through a Blizzard forum post at this Blizzard support thread, where the studio said it had recently sent the keys to those who were affected. That should bring relief to anyone who ran into the missing purchase problem after spending their Undercoins.

If you were waiting on these keys, it is worth checking your character now and giving the game a fresh login if they still are not visible. Share your thoughts in the comments, and follow us on X, Bluesky, YouTube, Instagram.
