Bethesda’s Starfield has been surprising players for a whole year and with its Shattered Space being just around the corner there are lot of things to be happy about. Bethesda has revealed new details, with a focus on new locations, enemies, and gameplay mechanics. Here’s what players can expect from the upcoming expansion.
Shattered Space will introduce over 50 brand-new locations to discover across Va’ruun’kai. A mysterious and dangerous planet will have many challenges for players to overcome, with tons of hidden dangers and untold treasures on the horizon. Another bit is the crafting changes. Crafting has always been a core mechanic in Starfield, but Shattered Space takes it to another level by allowing players to create new types of grenades with unpredictable effects that can turn the tide of battle.
With the arrival of Shattered Space, players will face off against formidable new foes. The Redeemed and Vortex Horrors are set to challenge even the most hardened explorers. The Redeemed, a faction of fanatics, bring their own brand of chaos to the galaxy, while Vortex Horrors, terrifying beasts born from the very essence of Va’ruun’kai, stalk the planet’s surface.
