These timed events arrive ahead of the Winter Offensive update. DICE has outlined gameplay and netcode improvements expected with that December 9 deployment, see the DICE Winter Offensive highlights for details. Separately, Battlefield has already addressed some challenge-related friction. A recent tweak stopped rerolled challenges from forcing non-Redsec players into Redsec, read more about the reroll system change. Players should see the new tasks in their in-game challenge list and can complete them across modes, including the main multiplayer playlists and Battle Royale.
