Community discussion has already produced theories. Some players suspect a wind-based condition could shift sand on Buried City and expose new buildings and loot. Others point to the teaser as a hint that the new ARC Threat could be airborne or swarm-like in behavior. Those are player ideas and not official descriptions.
The Expedition Window listed for Shrouded Sky was expected from the roadmap cadence announced earlier this year.
