Players have identified a new exploit in Arc Raiders that duplicates in-game items, allowing duplicated gear to be used repeatedly during raids. Reports circulating in community channels describe matches where the same explosive is used multiple times by a single player, producing sustained bursts of explosions that break the normal balance of encounters.
The item most commonly used is the Trigger nade. Victims describe entering a match and hearing multiple detonations in rapid succession as duplicated grenades go off across a raid. Several players say the behavior is blatant enough that the exploit is not being concealed during play.
Accounts from those who posted about the problem emphasize that the issue is an item duplication bug rather than a simple aim or speed hack. That duplication lets offenders carry far more consumables or explosives than intended and use them across multiple engagements inside a single run.
Embark Studios acknowledged a surge of cheaters on January 8 and said it is rolling out changes to how it detects and bans offenders.
Community posts making the rounds deliberately avoid step-by-step replication details, and players and streamers have urged others not to spread exploit instructions. Sharing clips and timestamps is common as evidence, but detailed guides on reproducing the duping flaw are being discouraged to limit further abuse.
At present there is no public, developer-issued patch note describing a fix specifically for the duplication exploit. Until a targeted update arrives, the duplication reports suggest raids can be materially affected by players exploiting the bug, which may prompt faster enforcement or emergency hotfixes.
