Arc Raiders has remained Steam’s best-selling paid game each week since its October 2025 release, and the player numbers back that up. Revenue and chart data collected by Eurogamer point to consistent demand, and SteamDB‘s public charts show how that translates to active players. Arc Raiders’ lowest daily PC headcount in that stretch was 263,615 on December 11, 2025, while New Year’s Day 2026 saw 428,579 players, not far from its November 16 all-time peak of 481,966.
Arc Raiders held its spot through holiday sales and big-name releases from other publishers. Steam’s paid charts put it above most new launches and seasonal bargains, with only Counter-Strike 2 and a brief Black Friday bump from the Steam Deck interrupting the top spot.
Player sentiment looks mostly positive despite some controversy over the game’s AI usage, and a few technical problems have surfaced that players are talking about. For example, a recent issue prevented some users from drawing their weapons during fights, a problem that circulated widely on social media and streaming clips, CPG covered that bug in detail here. Players also debated whether the first optional Expedition wipe was worth the rewards, more on that discussion is available here.
For now, Arc Raiders’ commercial momentum looks durable. Resident Evil Requiem is likely the first major title in early 2026 that might challenge the top spot, but until then Arc Raiders appears positioned to keep strong weekly sales and healthy concurrent numbers.
