On January 7, 2026 Sony published the PlayStation Store’s download charts for December 2025, and ARC Raiders led the pack in the US and Canada while placing second in Europe.
Embark Studios’ sci-fi extraction shooter nudged NBA 2K26 out of the top spot in North America, but in Europe the football sim EA SPORTS FC 26 held onto number one. Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 sat at third in the US and fourth in the EU, while Grand Theft Auto V remained a consistent top-ten presence.
The charts also show some movement elsewhere: Battlefield 6 slipped to eighth in the US and 10th in Europe, and indie heavy-hitter Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 climbed into the lower top ten after a strong showing at The Game Awards and a recent discount. ARC Raiders has been building momentum for months. The game recently appeared on a BAFTA longlist, and it got a seasonal Cold Snap update in mid-December that added snowy conditions across maps.
