Despite all the Crossplay controversy between Xbox and PlayStation which makes gamers divide and choose their best fitting platform, Anthem won’t even offer a single option of it, completely denying Crossplay’s existence at launch. This has been concluded thanks to a recent tweet by Mark Darrah, executive producer of Anthem.
Within an answer, he discovered that Anthem won’t include Crossplay. You can find the response below:

With that being said, we expect Anthem to have somewhat a RAW launch, without any extravaganza or complexity during its early days. This may also imply on expectations of certain difficulties, which in term may need additional work to get rid of.
So far, we haven’t met any game that had everything working at launch. Each one of them of this caliber led to a multitude of fixes in order to save what’s been failed so players could get on the track of joy. Hopefully, this won’t be a problem for BioWare.
