Capcom has released a first teaser for Alex in Street Fighter 6, and the short World Tour cutscene makes one thing clear. Alex arrives in Spring 2026 as part of Fighting Pass 3 and promptly gets into a brutal scrap with Final Fight’s Hugo Andore.
The trailer leans into Alex’s street-brawler identity. He introduces himself with his thick New York accent. The teaser hints at a playstyle built around a mix of wrestling and kickboxing, pairing grapples with quick strikes. Even his logo borrows the font from Street Fighter 3: The New Generation, a nod to his origins.
Alex is the third character in Fighting Pass 3, following Sagat and C. Viper. Players can expect a fuller gameplay reveal later in the year. For context on the pass rollout, Capcom previously showcased Sagat in a separate trailer earlier in the cycle, which previewed his long-range reach and new stage design during the Year 3 previews.
The teaser does not reveal deep mechanical details. It does set expectations for Alex’s tone and animation in World Tour scenes, and it confirms his presence in the roster for Spring 2026. Ingrid remains listed as the fourth Fighting Pass 3 character to come later in the year.
