EA has recently released a new gameplay trailer for their upcoming adventure game. It Takes Two, giving us more footage of the game’s unique features. For those unfamiliar, It Takes Two is an adventure co-op game about the couple of Cody and May that were turned into dolls by a magic spell, set in a fantastic world.
But on their way to get back to normal, they’re reluctantly challenged with saving their fractured relationship by the suave love guru Dr. Hakim. The game promises to feature innovative gameplay, emotional storytelling, and comedic moments.
It Takes Two is developed by Hazelight Studios. In 2018, Hazelight released the BAFTA award-winning A Way Out — the first-ever co-op-only, third-person action-adventure — as part of the EA Originals program. The studio was founded in 2014 by Josef Fares, who was the director and creator of the award-winning game Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons.
It Takes Two is coming to PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, March 26, 2021.
