Patch 11.2 is shaking things up in World of Warcraft with the introduction of the K’aresh Trust Renown track. If you’re grinding reputation, you’ll want to know about the mounts, transmog, and that one crazy expensive rune you can get.
What’s the K’aresh Trust Renown?
The new faction has 20 Renown ranks, each needing 2,500 reputation points. You can boost your standing by:
- Completing the main K’aresh campaign chapters
- Killing rare creatures
- Finishing weekly quests
- Doing the weekly dungeon quest in Dornogal for 1,500 reputation
- Opening treasure chests
So yeah, it’s a grind, but the rewards might make it worth your time… or maybe not?
Where’s the Quartermaster?
You’ll find Om’sirik inside a building in Tazavesh at coordinates 40.65, 29.09. That’s your go-to vendor for all the goodies.
Profession Items
Okay, let’s start with the less interesting stuff: profession items. They cost 150 Artisan’s Acuity each. Tailors can grab four patterns for crafting the Fibers used in the Reshii Wraps cloak. Inscriptionists get a new technique: Vantus Rune: Manaforge Omega, which boosts Versatility by 1,500 for a week against the Manaforge Omega raid boss. Alchemists can craft a new potion called Umbral Essentia.
Gear You Can Buy
- At Renown 7, Veteran chest armor (item level 668) is available for 2,600 Resonance Crystals.
- At Renown 16, Champion wrist armor (item level 681) can be purchased for 3,900 Resonance Crystals.
Transmog That Stands Out
Now for the fun stuff! At Renown 17, you unlock K’areshi tools and weapons for 1,150 Resonance Crystals each. There are some seriously cool items here:
- Inter-Phase Scoop (Off-Hand)
- Arcano-Charged Wrench (Off-Hand)
- K’areshi Multi-Tool (Dagger)
Also, the Shawl of the Trust cloak is yours for 1,625 crystals, and the Mantle of the Trust shoulder piece costs 3,250 crystals. Don’t forget the K’areshi Ribbon Stash for 2,250 crystals, which grants multiple cloak appearances.
Permanent Augment Rune, Brace Yourself
At Renown 18, you can buy the Ethereal Augment Rune for a whopping 100,000 gold. Yep, you read that right. It’s permanent and brutal to get. You can also find runes that get consumed inside raids, but this one sticks with you.

Mounts to Show Off
The faction offers two mounts that are pretty eye-catching:
- Ruby Void Creeper becomes available at Renown 15 for 8,125 Resonance Crystals.
- Terror of the Wastes unlocks at Renown 19 for 11,375 crystals.
Wow, these mounts look wild! Who wouldn’t want to cruise around on those? But the grind is real, and the crystals aren’t easy to come by.
