Delta Force’s Black Hawk Down campaign on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S arrived without the co-op option that exists on PC, and players noticed it fast. That matters because Black Hawk Down used to be co-op-only and later got a solo patch – removing co-op on consoles changes how people will approach the campaign.
One of the bigger additions Team Jade made to Delta Force isn’t present on consoles – the Black Hawk Down multiplayer choice that PC shows doesn’t appear on the PS5 and Xbox versions.
When Black Hawk Down first launched, it was co-op only and brutal if you tried to go it solo. A later update let players run it solo on PC after the community pushed for it. Yikes. Why? We grabbed screenshots of the Black Hawk Down start screen on both PC and consoles, and the difference is obvious. Team Jade hasn’t given a reason for pulling the co-op choice from consoles. We’ve reached out to the studio to ask for clarification, and we’ll share any reply.
