Infernus is one of the easier heroes to play in the game, and honestly, it does pack a lot of power, especially if you reach those late-game moments. Why so? Well, his power comes from Afterburn at first, and then when he gets to a lot of Spirit Lifesteal, basically he transforms into a tank. His Flame Dash is what makes him strong in late game, and combined with the Afterburn, he’s basically invincible as he heals himself like an animal.
Enough talking, let’s see the build below:
Early Game / Laning Stage
[basic_magazine][rapid_rounds][infuser][extra_spirit][sprint_boots][enduring_spirit]
Situational:
[healing_rite][extra_regen]
After you leave the laning stage
Left to right, good order, unless you’re dealing with a lot of tanks so you need toxic bullets ASAP.
[soul_shredder_bullets][mystic_vulnerability][duration_extender][spirit_lifesteal][toxic_bullets][improved_spirit][healing_booster][spirit_armor]
Big Items
Purchase these left to right. I’d say Leech, Crippling Headshot and Spiritual Overflow are much needed.

Defense Items, If Needed
You rarely get to here, but if you need anything, you might consider buying:
